Job Summary

Currently hiring a Senior Program Manager to support a high-visibility CTO Tech Resiliency program with a leading financial institution.

This is for someone who can:

Bring order to complex high-risk infrastructure programs
Operate across multiple workstreams in a highly matrixed environment
Translate messy data into clear executive-level insights
Keep programs aligned to governance risk and delivery standards without slowing momentum

Youll sit inside a PMO supporting enterprise-scale resiliency initiatives - where clarity structure and execution actually matter.

What were looking for:

10 years in program/project management (PMO experience is key)
Strong infrastructure or enterprise tech program background
Comfortable in Agile Hybrid and Waterfall environments
Experience with tools like Clarity Jira Azure DevOps ServiceNow
Strong communicator who can simplify complexity fast
