Job Summary

Role: Java/AWS Engineer

Location: Atlanta GA OR Bloomington MN (Hybrid 3 days onsite)- Need local Only
Duration: Initial 12 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Rate: $46-$52/hr.
Interview Mode: In-Person
Visa: No H1B

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Java/AWS Engineer with strong backend development and cloud engineering expertise. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable microservices and deploying cloud-native applications in AWS environments.

Required Skills:

8 years of overall IT experience
Strong hands-on experience with Java and AWS
Expertise in:
- Core Java
- TypeScript
- Microservices Architecture
- REST APIs
- Scripting
- Docker & Kubernetes
Strong AWS experience with:
- Lambda
- API Gateway
- CodePipeline
- CloudWatch
- DynamoDB
- AWS CLI

Nice to Have:

Quarkus
GraalVM
Java 17
Mockito
