Location : Salt Lake City UT. Local candidates preferred. A relocation candidate needs genuine interest in moving to Utah. Remote every other week.

Interview Process: 2 rounds. 1st 30 mins with HM. 2nd 1 hour with tech panel.
This stack is pure JS / TS. 50/50 server side. Java Spring boot is not needed for this role.

the Role
This role is for a Senior Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing building and maintaining scalable web applications across both the front end and back end. The position focuses on a balanced 50/50 split between UI and server-side development using a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack including Angular for the front end and (with Express and Nest) for APIs. Responsibilities include contributing to system design developing REST APIs building cloud-based solutions and ensuring code quality through testing and automation. The engineer will work in an agile environment helping break down requirements into deliverable work and supporting production systems as needed.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of full-stack experience with a target of around 7 years overall including strong expertise in Angular (5 years) and API development (around 7 years). Experience with TypeScript modern JavaScript HTML and CSS is required along with familiarity with cloud services such as AWS and tools like Jenkins for CI/CD. Additional expectations include experience with Playwright for test automation and exposure to AI tools for prompt engineering particularly in testing workflows. Strong communication skills collaboration mentorship of junior developers and a willingness to learn new technologies are important for success in this role.
