Description:

Our client is looking for a Dynamics 365 Systems Architect to serve as both a Dynamics Architect and a developer. This employee provides application development/integration services to the client. They will be responsible for the design maintenance development and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework. These assignments will provide for the development testing and deployment of application releases updates and modifications within a client/server and web server environment. This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platform.

As the System architect they will both perform and lead the team with project tasks including but not limited to gathering requirements planning analyzing designing testing implementation documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.

• Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
• Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation.
• An ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.
• Effective at creating highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure.

Skills Required

• 5 years - Infrastructure/Network and Application Support
• 5 years - Extensive experience with MS Dynamics MS Azure and Application Support
• 5 years - Technical Customer Service Analyst
• 5 years - Architect Experience
• 3 years - Power Platform Solutions particularly Power Automate and Power Pages
• 5 years - Experience with Azure DevOps
• 3 years - Database Architecture Experience
• Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
• CICD/Release Management - Define communicate and manage technical change management (e.g. release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
• Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.
• Azure Communications
• Experience with APIs
• Microsoft Project Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers.
• Bachelors Degree (Please include on your resume)
