Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to support enterprise-wide digital initiatives including cloud migrations and modernization programs. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear structured documentation for diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders architects engineers and external partners to ensure alignment transparency and successful execution across large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder communication and engagement across business technology and leadership teams.

Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation including program plans solution overviews governance artifacts and executive presentations.

Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Support and coordinate enterprise digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and modernization programs.

Track milestones dependencies risks and issues ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

Facilitate governance forums steering committee updates and leadership communications.

Apply project management best practices to support planning execution and reporting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities

Proven experience in technical writing for technical and executive audiences

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear concise messaging

Project & Program Management

Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)

Experience supporting or managing large-scale enterprise programs

Strong planning coordination and reporting skills

Technical & Domain Experience

Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives

Hands-on exposure to cloud migration programs (GCP preferred AWS or Azure)

Familiarity with modern IT architectures legacy modernization and enterprise platforms
