Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Technical implementations: Develop and maintain Salesforce capabilities system enhancements such as new features integrations and automation. Design develop unit test and deploy secure scalable out of the box and custom Apex Solutions including triggers batch jobs REST Services as well as Lightning Components. Write optimize and debug SQL queries across standard and custom objects in complex data models. Develop and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP APIs Workato and Platform Events.
Collaboration: Partner with teams in the organization to analyze requirements and translate complex technical requirements into Salesforce solutions; including determining if they should be solved with configurations or customizations. Support end users with troubleshooting training and best practices. Communicate often and proactively to Stakeholders and partners. Partner with product owners and stakeholders to guide prioritization of features and deliver based on aligned priorities
Security and Scalability: Ensure compliance with security standards while building scalable user friendly solutions. Adhering to establish coding standards deployment process (CI/CD) and data Integrity protocols. Also includes integration design and managing complex Integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
Mentorship: provide guidance and code reviews for junior team members to ensure best practices are followed.
Innovation and Improvement: Establish a culture of continuous improvement by actively evaluating new Salesforce features including Agentforce to enhance business efficiency.
Training and Support: Develops guidelines documentation. Provide high-tier technical support to ensure the successful adoption of system changes and best practices. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in an IT-related field with 3-5 years of professional experience or masters degree with 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Experience with developing on Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and CPQ platforms
Strong hands-on experience in Apex Flows SOQL/SOSL Visualforce and Salesforce DX (SFDX) development.
Proficient in JavaScript HTML and CSS with foundational experience in Java for web application development.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Workato Platform Events and OAuth-based authentication.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform (LWC Aura Lightning App Builder) focusing on reusable component architecture and UI optimization.
Experience working with Marketing Cloud integrations to support campaigns and communications.
Certification as a Salesforce Certified Developer
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business-friendly language.
A solid track record of developing in complex Salesforce environments including business process configuration security and reporting.
Data-driven decision-maker with experience in automation and an understanding of the interactions between people processes and systems.
Excellent organizational skills and experience working in Agile environments with the ability to pivot quickly when business strategies change.
Ability to work with XML Java and Web Service based integrations.
Experience with Agile Methodologies with 4 years of experience working in Agile Scrum environments participating in sprint planning backlog refinement and release cycles.
Strong Problem-solving abilities and work independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications:
Strong background in DEVOPS tools like Own Copado Gearset or AWS Developer Tools
Experience with Workato
Salesforce Agentforce Certified professional with experience implementing AI-driven automation and Agentforce capabilities within Salesforce ecosystems.
Experience with FinTech
