Endur Developer Energy Trading :
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced energy trading Developer looking to expand their

You will be working on a Greenfield Cloud hosted Endur implementation playing a key role in
delivery from design through build to implementation and beyond.
You will be bringing your expertise to the team working hand-in-hand with dedicated business
SMEs to drive the requirements and design for clients strategic ETRM solution. Through a
combination of focused Endur training and working with existing specialists youll have an
opportunity to build your knowledge in this leading ETRM system.
As a Developer you will work alongside a team of highly skilled professionals who have come
together to pool collective decades of knowledge from multiple Endur implementations to rewrite the
book on best practice which is at the heart of what we do.
Not only this but the expansive reach of this programme will give individuals the opportunity to build
the depth of their end-to-end trading life cycle experience and expand their knowledge into new
commodities.
The Role/Responsibilities
You will be working with the Development lead and business and IT stakeholders to fulfill the
Developer role over the full project life cycle from scoping/requirements gathering through working
with BAs and testers to running user acceptance testing. As an Endur Developer you will be
responsible to develop solutions through effective coding in the system.
Your role will vary depending on the specific area of expertise however typically you would perform
the following day to day activities:
Ability to formulate design and development based on functional requirements and
requirements gathering from business analysts
Experience working on business-critical applications in a production setting with the ability
to efficiently diagnose and resolve critical issues.
Coaching and mentoring of the junior members of the Development team
Generating innovative approaches to existing problems or new opportunities
Stakeholder management - building relationships with key stakeholders keeping them
informed and managing expectations
