Job Summary

Job description

Ensure 100% statutory compliance under GST law across all registrations (factory project sites warehouses).
Monitor all GST returns including timely filing correctness and consistency with books.
Internal controls for classification valuation place of supply time of supply and tax rate applicability considering projectbased transactions.
Representation before various authorities i.e. GST Audits Anti-Evasion DGGI Customs etc and coordination with external consultants during litigations.
Design robust trackers and documentation to substantiate job work movements during audits and investigations.
Handle condonation representations and legal positions where timelines are exceeded due to technical or project specific constraints.
Ensure MIS of status of Job work transactions.
Monitor Financial Reconciliation & Books Alignment with all GST Returns.
Monitoring Export Compliances : ( Including obligation of time period and payment realisations in case of service exports)
Review & Monitoring ISD (Input Service Distributor) Compliances.
Review and ensure compliances of Customs matters where legal implications on organisation are involved.
Exposure/Knowledge of FTP DGFT would be an added advantage
