Education: Diploma or B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Safety compliance is mandatory. All candidates must possess a Global Wind Organisation (GWO) certification:

Requirement: All 4 modules must be completed.
Validity: Minimum 6 months remaining at the time of joining.
Company Support: The company will sponsor a 3-day training session via an approved vendor for high-potential candidates lacking certification.

To ensure 24/7 plant functionality the following terms apply:

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts including weekends. Occasional extensions (1 2 hours) may occur; work on public holidays (e.g. Deepawali/Pongal) will be compensated with a day off.
Accommodation: Provided by the company (separate from CTC).
Food & Amenities: The company provides cooking utilities (stove gas vessels). Engineers are responsible for grocery costs and arranging a cook if desired via personal cost-sharing.
Safety Gear: Full PPE kits (Uniforms shoes helmets) will be provided by the company.
Deputation: A daily food allowance will be provided for out-of-state travel.
