Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.- Experience with debugging testing and optimizing Java applications for performance and scalability.- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.- Ability to write clean maintainable and well-documented code following best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office with mandatory 5 days WFO from Bangalore.- A 15 years full time education is required
