Plan and execute cutting-edge research applying new technologies to publishing problems Collaborate with senior leadership to align AI/ML projects with business goals interfacing directly with product and editorial stakeholders as part of the scoping process Act as project/tech lead for cross-functional working groups of software developers data scientists and AI/ML engineers. Mentor and support other AI/ML engineers providing them with enabling tooling and advice on coding standards and techniquesProvide architecture support especially in ML
