ERP Developer SCM II
Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES: SCM
Engage with cloud customers and help them identify and create a Personalized Training Plan based on the training assets and services already available.
Leverages knowledge of SCM cloud / Peoplesoft (Financials) / EBS (Financial) and identify tailored learning plan to bridge cloud skill gaps.
Work with customers to identify any unique learning goals they might have (example getting Cloud certified meeting an implementation deadline training specific users etc).
Work with learning administrators to identify team learning goals and map learning plans to help them be successful.
Identify any special needs that customers have and leverage existing resources to accelerate the learning adoption.
Identify learning trends and new content needed to keep learning subscriptions current and modern
Speak to learning offerings with passion to drive learning adoption.
Years of IT experience in Oracle SCM Cloud or other on-premise Oracle applications like PeopleSoft or Oracle EBS.
Any experience as QA - manual testing consultant Or Support & maintenance consultant or implementation consultant in applications is required.
Having Oracle Cloud applications certification or formal training will be an advantage.
Business process understanding in any of below modules: Order Management Manufacturing Inventory Costing Planning & Collaboration product life cycle management Procurement OTM GTM Transport Management Global Trade Management
Any experience in training new team members or preparing training documentation is an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must.
Any experience in client facing role is an advantage.
Candidate should be Self-motivated team player and have great learning attitude
Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure.
Professional with good organizational and planning skills
