About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with residential conveyancing experience to become part of a dynamic and internationally focused team.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters with a particular focus on acting for buyers in new build and off-plan property transactions. The role will involve regular communication with Turkish-speaking clients and international investors making strong bilingual communication skills essential.

You will work closely with experienced professionals in a supportive environment that values client service attention to detail and professional growth.

• Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Handling new build and off-plan purchases on behalf of buyers
• Liaising with developers agents lenders and other legal representatives
• Providing clear legal advice and exceptional client service in both Turkish and English
• Supporting international and cross-border property transactions where required
• Maintaining high standards of compliance accuracy and professionalism throughout all matters

• Qualified Solicitor Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with relevant practicing certifications
• Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
• Experience with new build and off-plan property transactions is essential
• Fluency in Turkish and English both written and spoken
• Strong communication organisational and client management skills
• Experience working with international clients or cross-border legal matters would be advantageous
