Graphic Designer / Senior Visual Designer (Digital Print)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and nbsp;Graphic Designer and nbsp;with strong experience in and nbsp;digital and print production and nbsp;to deliver high-quality brand-compliant creative assets. This role requires hands-on expertise across and nbsp;campaign design pre-press processes and multi-format adaptations working closely with global creative and content teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nbsp;creative concepts layouts and visual designs and nbsp;for digital and print campaigns
- Ensure and nbsp;strict adherence to brand (CI) guidelines and nbsp;across all deliverables
- Own and nbsp;end-to-end artwork production including format adaptations for multiple platforms
- Perform and nbsp;pre-press activities: color correction retouching compositing and print-ready file preparation (PDF/X proofing color profiles)
- Collaborate with and nbsp;copywriters designers and global agency teams and nbsp;to deliver integrated campaigns
- Maintain and nbsp;quality assurance standards and nbsp;across all outputs
- Manage and nbsp;multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Translate and nbsp;complex data (especially healthcare/scientific content) and nbsp;into visually compelling presentations
- Lead or support and nbsp;production teams/artwork delivery workflows
- Leverage and nbsp;AI tools and automation and nbsp;to improve design efficiency and workflows
Required Skills and amp; Experience
- 812 years and nbsp;in a digital agency / print production / creative studio environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing and nbsp;end-to-end campaign execution (print digital)
- Deep understanding of and nbsp;print production pre-press workflows and digital ad formats
- Strong design fundamentals: and nbsp;layout typography composition and visual hierarchy
- Experience in and nbsp;UI/UX systems and design frameworks (preferred)
- Ability to and nbsp;handle high-volume creative requests and tight deadlines
