Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of assigned product features specifications applications and competitive positioning.
- Support the complete product lifecycle including development launch promotion enhancement and phase-out activities.
- Conduct market research competitor analysis and industry trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities and market demands.
- Assist in defining product positioning strategy and value propositions aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate and support successful product launches across sales marketing and distribution channels.
- Prepare product presentations technical documentation brochures catalogues and marketing materials.
- Conduct product demonstrations technical presentations workshops and training sessions for internal teams distributors and customers.
- Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team during customer meetings tender submissions and bidding processes.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support continuous product improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with R&D production procurement and quality teams to ensure product specifications and standards are maintained.
- Monitor product performance sales trends profitability and customer acceptance providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Support pricing strategies cost evaluations and profitability analysis for assigned products.
- Maintain accurate and updated product data sheets catalogues specifications and related documentation.
- Assist in ensuring product compliance with applicable industry standards certifications and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for product customization enhancement and new product development based on customer and market requirements.
- Participate in client meetings exhibitions trade shows and promotional activities to strengthen product visibility and market presence.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and online product promotion activities.
- Maintain effective coordination between sales marketing and technical teams to ensure consistent product messaging and positioning.
- Participate in KPI reviews performance evaluations and development planning activities within the department.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Engineering Textile or a related field.
- Certification in Product Management CPM or CPMM is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in product management product specialist sales support or related functions.
- Experience within textile manufacturing or technical industries is preferred.
