Protential Resources is crrently with our client who are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join them on a full time permanent basis. The succseful candidate will be expected to cover projects across the Munster area.

• Salary: 45000 - 55000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on site to ensure safety quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers engineers and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage a team of workers providing guidance training and support as needed.
• Monitor project budgets and resources ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report daily progress and any issues to senior management in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Facilitate effective communication between workers and stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a foreman in civil works.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentorship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

Desired Experience

• Demonstrated experience in managing site operations for large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Experience in problem-solving on-site issues effectively and efficiently.
• A background in road building groundworks and pipeline construction is an advantage.
