Commissioning Lead

The person is responsible for supporting project managers and operator in the transfer of construction and delivery from the contractors to operation by the users.

Result areas:

Planning leading organizing and following up projects with the aim of realizing them efficiently and qualitatively within the predetermined objectives of time budget and regulations.
Coordinating activities within projects determining the required competencies of the project team and managing and supporting the internal and/or external project employees with the aim of carrying out projects (cost-)efficiently and in a high-quality manner.
Developing and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders acting as a point of contact and reporting on the progress and results of the projects with the aim of optimizing cooperation and promoting acceptance.
Be responsible for the compilation and up-to-date of the project files including the documentation and the associated administrative and procedural follow-up with the aim of having a complete and correct set of inventories schedules procedures guaranteeing the information and complying with the applicable legislation and regulations.
To provide develop and/or make an inventory of proposals for the optimization of infrastructure or applications with the aim of guaranteeing the organization an optimal equipment and operation of resources.
Acting as a leading official in the context of public procurement with the aim of ensuring that the final realisation meets the needs.
Embedding change management in the projects with the aim of ensuring that the change caused by the project is supported and supported within the organization.

Diploma: Master Engineer

Experience & competences:

Experience with commissioning installations and/or project management specifically with the commissioning of projects with an investment cost higher than 10 million .
Maturity and leadership skills to manage teams of engineers; Open to a Medior profile with the right mindset
Project-based work with experience in managing various medium to large projects
Multitasker: able to coordinate the commissioning of multiple projects simultaneously
