Job Summary

Note: An active TS/SCI with Poly is required

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic projects from inception to successful completion. This individual will be at the forefront of driving innovation efficiency and collaboration within the organization ensuring that all projects align with the Clients overall goals and deliver exceptional value.

Proven track record of managing complex multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum or PMP certification).
Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure.
A strong sense of ownership accountability and attention to detail.

Required:

Ability to develop schedule and milestones based on program goals and objectives

Ability to develop and brief presentations and trainings

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team in a very dynamic environment

Expert with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
