Family History Department Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary
In alignment with and support of the Departments temple ordinance-ready name (ORN) strategy and in coordination with other stakeholders the Family History Department Quality Assurance (QA) team:
Defines communicates and measures quality frameworks standards and metrics
Recommends and manages process and resource changes in support of quality objectives
The manager of the QA team will lead these initiatives.
Responsibilities
Ensure processes projects systems management and culture align with short- and long-term strategic objectives (ORN and other)
Inform decision-makers of quality matters
Maximize the production of ORNs and other supporting metrics
Optimize the use of sacred funds (return on investment)
Qualifications
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) and ten plus years of experience or a masters degree and eight years of experience and/or equivalent education and experience.
Requires cross-functional collaboration within the department
Requires extensive expertise in product technology service strategy and business complexities.
Provides innovative and seasoned direction in area of expertise.
Exceptional professional skills and experience with a proven track record of completing large complex projects requiring multilateral support and coordination.
Previous management experience directly managing employees or in a senior project management role.
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Preferred: Lean Six Sigma or similar certification(s)
