About the Role
As the Clinical Nurse Educator you will be responsible for the planning delivery and evaluation of clinical education programs for our nursing and care staff. Working closely with Facility Managers and Clinical Leads you will support skill development clinical competency and ongoing professional growth in line with current best practices and regulatory standards. This role offers flexibility as it can be based at any of our RFBI sites without the need to relocate to our Sydney Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training and education programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff.
- Review and update competency assessment in line with best practice.
- Support implementation of new clinical policies procedures and quality improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of lifelong learning and evidence-based practice.
About You
- Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered) essential.
- Recognised qualification in education or clinical teaching essential.
- Previous experience in aged care and/or adult education highly regarded.
- Strong communication interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Ability to travel within NSW and ACT as required.
