• Location: Patcham Nursing Home Brighton
• Salary: 23.75 per hour enhanced weekend rate
• Hours: 24 hours per week (12-hour shifts days and nights on a rota basis)

We are recruiting compassionate and dedicated Nurses to join our friendly team at Patcham Nursing Home in Brighton including opportunities within our night team.

Patcham Nursing Home is a welcoming 30-bed residential and nursing home providing high-quality person-centred care in a calm and supportive environment. Each resident has a private en-suite room supporting dignity comfort and independence.

Key Responsibilities

As an RGN in our nursing home you will:

• Deliver high-quality person-centred nursing care across day and night shifts
• Administer medications including controlled drugs safely and accurately
• Carry out clinical assessments wound care and ongoing health monitoring
• Update care plans and maintain accurate clinical records
• Respond to changes in residents condition and escalate when required
• Provide palliative and end-of-life care with dignity and compassion
• Liaise with GPs district nurses families and other healthcare professionals
• Support and guide care staff to ensure high standards of care
• Ensure a safe calm and well-managed environment at all times

Who Were Looking For

• A qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC registration
• Previous experience in a nursing or care home setting is desirable
• Confident in administering medication
• A caring compassionate and professional approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to high standards of care
