Job Summary
What youll do
With this role you will be supporting an adult with Chronic Kidney Disease in their home. This lady also has Addisons disease and is diabetic. You would be joining a team who make a real difference. Day and night shifts are available on this package.
Key Tasks with this role include:
- Administering medication
- Blood sugar monitoring
- Assisting with mobilising
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
This role requires a Registered Nurse with an up-to-date NMC Pin. We are looking for a nurse that is committed to providing the best possible care for the client is self-motivated enthusiastic caring and compassionate. Previous complex nurse experience is essential.
