Are you a data visionary passionate about building a single source of truth We are seeking an experienced Manager Master Data Management to safeguard our most critical asset: our this role you will lead a team of data stewards and analysts bridging the gap between technical IT infrastructure and business goals to drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Governance: Design and implement a robust MDM framework defining global data taxonomies business rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across ERP and CRM platforms.

• Data Operations & Quality: Own the Golden Record. Maintain master data lifecycles lead data cleansing initiatives and establish Data Quality KPIs to flag anomalies and drive root-cause analysis.

• Team Leadership: Recruit mentor and lead a team of MDM Analysts and Data Stewards. Champion a culture of Data Literacy through organizational training and engagement.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 years in Data Management Governance or Architecture; 3 years in a leadership or cross-functional project management capacity.

• Domain Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in at least one key domain: Customer (CDM) Product (PIM) or Vendor (VDM).

• Technical Skills: * Strong SQL proficiency for querying and validation.

  • Experience with major ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA Salesforce Dynamics).

  • Proficiency with Data Quality tools (e.g. Talend Trillium).

• Competencies: A process-oriented mindset with the diplomacy to negotiate conflicting data ownership and the analytical rigor to ensure total accuracy.
