Your Role
As a MINI Sales Consultant you will be the face of our brand helping customers find their perfect MINI through transparency and expertise.
- Build Connections: Listen to the customers needs to create customers for life.
- Be the Expert: Master the tech packages and specs of the latest MINI models.
- Showcase Value: Lead professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Drive Results: Manage follow-ups overcome objections and hit sales targets.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Sales Managers to refine your strategy and grow.
