The Essentials: Providing dignified personal care attending appointments and keeping clear records (case notes/incident reports).
You dont need a degree to have a heart but you do need the following:
The Gear: A current NSW Drivers Licence and a willingness to drive.
The Safety Net: Current First Aid & CPR a paid NDIS Workers Check (NDSWC) and a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
The Commitment: Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
The Vibe: A passion for inclusion and a can-do attitude. Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are a bonus but we value person-first skills above all!
