iOS Developer – Observability & Monitoring (Sentry Omni-channel)

Job Title: iOS Developer Observability & Monitoring (Sentry / Omni-channel)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled iOS Developer with expertise in application observability monitoring and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust observability solutions to enhance application reliability performance and user experience across iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement observability and monitoring solutions for iOS applications using tools such as Sentry or similar platforms.
• Integrate and manage Push V2 notification systems ensuring end-to-end tracking delivery and reliability.
• Build and enhance omni-channel observability frameworks to enable unified monitoring across T1 and M1 iOS environments.
• Monitor application performance crashes and logs; proactively identify troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with backend DevOps and product teams to establish end-to-end tracing logging and monitoring strategies.
• Drive improvements in application stability performance metrics and alerting mechanisms using modern observability practices.
• Support release cycles through monitoring dashboards incident tracking and post-release validation activities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in iOS development using Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Proven experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Sentry (or equivalent platforms).
• Solid understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) logging and alerting frameworks.
• Experience working with Push Notifications (Push V2) and event tracking systems.
• Strong knowledge of mobile application architecture debugging and crash analysis.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
