Position Summary:
Ultrasound Technologist PRN with St Marys Hospital in Athens GA.
Position Purpose:
Ultrasound Technologist PRN to work in the Radiology Department at St Marys Hospital in Athens Georgia.
What you do:
- Under direction of the radiologist utilizes equipment producing two/ three-dimensional high frequency sound waves to create diagnostic images of the human body for use in diagnosis of disease or organ malfunctions.
- Participate with physicians in reading sonographs and making diagnostic judgments based on test results.
What you need:
- Licensure/Certification/Registration:ARDMS Registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) (RVT) CCI or (ARRT).
- Registered CPR BLS Certification thru American Heart Association
- Education: Graduate of an AMA approved school of sonography or radiology
- Experience:At least 1 years experience preferred.
