Senior Associate, GEO

We are looking for a Senior Associate Paid Search who is passionate about researching and learning about GEO/ LLMO/ AI Discoverability to join our team. Reporting into the Senior Manager the Senior Associate willdemonstratethe ability to report andoptimizeclient marketing campaigns across traditional Paid Search such as Google and Bing. You will play an essential role on client teams to build and execute large-scale campaigns and tests that deliver on our strategy for the client. You will deliver reporting insights and projectsin a timely mannerand within budget plans supporting the team with flawless execution.

You Will:

Manage ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign goals including daily management of campaign budgets bid management reporting keyword and targeting strategies and campaign revisions based on performance history and our clients goals.

Execute retail campaigns and traditional search campaigns including account setup campaign builds daily optimization bid strategydevelopmentand budget pacing.

Assistwith media plan creation from visual aids to detailed descriptions of partners and strategy.

Interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis.

Ensure campaigns are run toagreedupon best practiceguideline.

Assistand attend both internal and external weekly calls and meetings with clients and vendors.

Collaborate across our client team and channels.

Qualifications:

• 1 years experience in Paid Search

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to draw insights

• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets (e.g. pivot tables basic formulasvlookups)

• Profound (GEO TOOL)is a plus

• Proficiency in Adobe

• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Self-starter attitude with a collaborative mindset

• Digital marketing experiencea plus.

• Bachelors degree preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $62100-$81000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factorspermittedby law.
