Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients with gastrointestinal disorders
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Perform diagnostic procedures and interventions as required
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure quality patient care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and health management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice
• Stay updated on advancements in gastroenterology and related medical practices

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Gastroenterology
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• Experience in a clinical setting preferably in gastroenterology
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30a-4:30p

No call required

Setting: Outpatient

Patient Population: Adults

Support Staff: MD APPs endo/clinical manager and anesthesiologists

EMR: Cerner

Dictation: Dragon

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
