Locum MD (Medical Doctor), DO (Osteopathic Doctor), CNM (Certified Nurse Midwife)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical assessments and treatments to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
• Perform examinations and diagnostic tests as needed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients about their health and wellness
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in on-call duties as required
• Stay current with medical best practices and advancements

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) or certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
• State medical license in good standing
• Experience in a clinical setting ideally in family medicine or womens health
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus

Schedule: 24-hour shifts (9a-5p in clinic call)

Setting: Outpatient clinic

Patient Census: 12-14 per day

Patient Population: Adults

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
