Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical assessments and treatments to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
- Perform examinations and diagnostic tests as needed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients about their health and wellness
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in on-call duties as required
- Stay current with medical best practices and advancements
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) or certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- State medical license in good standing
- Experience in a clinical setting ideally in family medicine or womens health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
Schedule: 24-hour shifts (9a-5p in clinic call)
Setting: Outpatient clinic
Patient Census: 12-14 per day
Patient Population: Adults
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
