Job Description
Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a specialized cardiac procedural environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Cath Lab experience and the ability to support invasive cardiac procedures in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and specialized cardiac procedures
- Monitor patient condition before during and after procedures
- Administer medications and sedation as required
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition during procedures
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with cardiologists and procedural teams to ensure quality patient care
- Participate in scheduled call rotation as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in applicable state
- Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Current AHA ACLS certification required
- Strong cardiac monitoring and procedural nursing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced procedural setting
