Job Description

We are looking for a QA Automation Analyst to focus on both manual testing and automation efforts. This position will be full-time and hybrid - Bangalore.

What Youll Do

• Design develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium Playwright or similar tools

• Contribute to automation strategy ensuring maximum coverage and reusability

• Perform manual testing for new features exploratory testing and edge cases not suitable for automation

• Analyze requirements and create test scenarios test cases and test data

• Ensure regression coverage through automation reducing manual effort over time

• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for continuous testing

• Execute test cycles log defects and drive defect closure with dev teams

• Perform API validation and basic automation where applicable

• Conduct performance testing using JMeter and provide insights

• Participate in test planning estimation and reporting

• Continuously identify opportunities to shift-left and improve quality processes

What Youll Need

Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in UI Automation (Selenium/Playwright or similar)

• Proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript

• Solid experience in manual testing (functional regression exploratory smoke)

• Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD integration

• Good understanding of test design techniques and defect lifecycle

• Experience in performance testing using JMeter

• Strong debugging and analytical skills

• Experience in API automation/testing

• Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber SpecFlow etc.)

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
