Finance Manager

We are currently seeking aFINANCE MANAGERto lead all aspects of financial management and planning within the company. As akey member of the Senior Management Team the Finance Manager will act as astrategic business partner providing financial insight operational support and governance. The role reports directly to the Managing Director and works closely with the Global Vertical CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial and administrative operations of the company
• Ensure timely accurate and compliant financial reporting in line with local and IFRS standards
• Drive financial planning budgeting forecasting and cash flow management
• Monitor product and project profitability and ensure pricing aligns with profitability targets
• Lead and develop the Accounting and Controlling teams
• Manage liquidity investments and foreign exchange in line with company policies
• Contribute to strategic decisions including capital investments and contract reviews
• Continuously improving financial processes and internal controls
• Identify and mitigate financial risks
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal tax and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with auditors local authorities and global finance leadership

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5 years in asenior finance leadership role
• University degree in Finance Economics or related field
• Strong expertise in accounting financial planning and cost control
• In-depth knowledge of Czech financial regulations and IFRS
• Experience in an international corporate environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools
• Fluent in Czech and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel; resilient under pressure and deadline-driven
• Proven leadership skills with atrack record of team development and performance management
• Strong analytical strategic and communication skills
