Mpower is hiring a Team Lead to help guide train and support a small team while continuing to build strong customer relationships in the community. This is an opportunity to develop leadership skills increase your income and grow within a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

• Lead by example by working directly with customers
• Support and guide a small team of representatives
• Help train new team members on communication and customer interactions
• Assist with daily team check-ins and motivation
• Ensure a positive and productive team environment
• Contribute to team hiring and onboarding efforts

Youll split your time between team support training and customer interaction staying hands-on while building leadership experience.

What Youll earn

• Paid every week base uncapped commission team override bonuses
• $2000$3000/week with top team leads earning beyond that
• Team override earn on every deal your reps close not just your own

What were looking for

• 1 years in outside sales field sales or direct-to-consumer sales
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding personal targets
• Natural leader you coach motivate and hold people accountable
• Strong communicator with a consultative professional approach
• Self-directed you manage your day and your teams day
• 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule

• Full-time: MondayFriday 11:00 AM8:00 PM
• Optional weekend opportunities
