About the job
As Head of L&S Category Management Transportation & Contract Management you will play a critical role in shaping how Logistics & Services Procurement delivers sustainable competitive advantage. You will define and drive global category strategies lead transformation initiatives and ensure procurement becomes a key value driver for the business.
This role focuses on delivering tangible outcomes through strategic execution stakeholder alignment and leveraging AI and digital capabilities to transform procurement practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive global category strategies across Transportation Contract Management and related categories
- Lead and deliver transformation initiatives ensuring measurable business outcomes rather than conceptual outputs
- Build and sustain procurement as a competitive advantage for the L&S business
- Drive cost competitiveness savings and EBIT contribution across categories (4PL Landside Air MGF MEC)
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to commercialize logistics procurement and support topline growth
- Lead stakeholder engagement across internal functions (Product Finance Platform Procurement) and external partners (suppliers authorities)
- Drive adoption of AI and technology-enabled procurement practices across the organization
- Ensure compliance with governance legal and ESG standards
We are looking for
- Proven experience in senior procurement leadership roles ideally within logistics or supply chain environments
- Strong track record in category management transformation delivery and value creation
- Demonstrated ability to lead large high-performing teams and develop future leaders
- Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership communication skills
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and financial understanding
- Experience in leveraging data AI or digital tools to drive procurement performance
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to work across global cross-functional teams

- Delivery of cost savings and competitive procurement outcomes
- Successful execution of transformation initiatives and digital adoption
- Contribution to EBIT and topline growth through procurement strategies
