WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

AtSimCorp we help some of the worlds largest financial institutions simplify their investments accounting and operational for an Automation Tester to join ourWarsawteam in theTesting ServicesDelivery Unit cross-located teams that deliver high-quality testing services embedded in Configuration and Upgrade projects within Global Managed Services.

In this role you will investigate complex business requirements design and execute test cases and support incident management and reporting of test results.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • 3 years of experience in software testing and test automation

  • Practical programming experience primarily in C#or strongtechsavviness

  • Scripting experience (e.g. Bash Python and/or PowerShell)

  • Strong knowledge of UI and Web API test automation frameworks

  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Insomnia

  • Experience with version control workflows including branching strategies pull requests and code reviews (Git)

  • Understanding BDD principles and ability to write andmaintaintest scenarios (GherkinSpecFlow/Reqnroll)

  • Hands-on experience using regular expressions (Regex) for test data validation pattern matching and log analysis

  • Practical knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

  • Strong analytical judgment and translating complexity into clear direction

  • Openness for collaboration andknowledgesharing

  • Focusing on continuous improvement with a growthoriented forwardlooking mindset

  • Adapting easily to change andoperateswith flexibility in dynamic environments

  • Communicating with clarity authority and strong consulting presence

  • Experience working in an Agile environment with Agile project management tools.

  • Domain knowledge in investment banking and accounting highly welcome

  • Educational background in Computer Science STEM Finance or a related field

  • Fluency in English (min. B2 or C1)

Nice to have

  • Azure DevOps.

  • Understanding the application development lifecycle.

  • Experience creating andmaintainingtest plans.
