IT Technical Support Intern ON

We are seeking IT Technical Support Intern to play a key role in supporting IT related issues in business ideas. The technician will provide Tier 1 and 2 support to all divisions of Leons Group including associates contractors or any other individuals as required. This includes but is not limited to OS Hardware Application Printer Support Set-Up Facilitation Etc.

This role is designed for a student who is currently enrolled in a post-secondary work-integrated learning program and ready to start their internship as IT Technical Support.

Location: North York Toronto ON Fully On-site

Work Term: 16 weeks (paid internship placement)

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communications
• 0-2 years of experience in IT tech support / helpdesk position.
• Knowledge on one of more of the below technical skills
• PC hardware and software knowledge
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Windows Desktop environment
• Support Active Directory Configuration and Policies User administrations
• Printer connection/configuration
• Mobile device hardware and application

Compensation:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.00.
