Manufacturing Engineer (Assembly and Installation)

Company:

Boeing Ukraine is currently looking for Manufacturing Engineer to join their 787 team in Kyiv Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Develops implements and maintains various manufacturing plans Bill of Materials work instructions and illustrations to define and

• document as-built configuration.

• Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.

• Develops and integrates suppliers processes materials data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.

• Reviews supplier data to ensure manufacturing-related requirements are met.

• Investigates and resolves manufacturing technical related issues.

• Performs producibility assessments for part or product designs.

• Provides producibility input to design manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.

• Reviews integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.

• Drafts updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.

• Supports other team members as mentor/checker to meet engineering commitments.

• Participates in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.

• 3 years of related work experience.

• Ability to read understand and interpret Engineering documentation - Engineering drawings and Specifications.

• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and International standards (ASME Y14.5(2018) ASME Y14.5(2009)

• English language level intermediate or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of assembly and production processes manufacturing capabilities and data needed for defining delivery configurations for 787 airplane.

• Ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas and functions to evaluate technical information and issues impacting design production and support of products services or other deliverables.

• Knowledge of Boeings organizations processes program plans policies and procedures and products required to effectively perform functional responsibilities of the occupation.
