- Assist Office Aministrator with daily activities
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
- Organized
- 2 years of active Quickbooks experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Office apps
- Comfortable with learning new computer system skills
- Likes to problem-solve and help people find solutions
- Is a stickler for the details
- Prior accounting experience - Accounts payable and payroll
- Proactive personality
- Professional appearance and courteous manner
