As our Regional Marketing Automation Specialist for the Americas you will be a key part of the Regional Marketing team. The role works closely with the regional and global counterparts to deliver email automation lead nurturing and demand generation across the region. The individual will be responsible for optimizing our efforts across various marketing tactics to drive measurable pipeline performance.
This role is hybrid in our beautiful Lake Oswego Oregon location. The position will report to our Head of Regional Marketing Americas.
The Team
The Americas Regional Marketing team consists of highly passionate and experienced Regional Marketing Managers and Specialists based across the Americas region which covers the US Canada and LATAM. While everyone is accountable for their areas we collaborate extensively and enjoy sharing and helping each other succeed.
Key roles & responsibilities
Marketing Automation Demand Gen & Campaign Management:
- Design build and optimize marketing automation workflows including list management segmentation and multi-touch lead nurturing campaigns
- Develop and manage automated customer journeys that improve lead conversion rates and accelerate the sales pipeline
- Support the Regional Marketing team with comprehensive email marketing campaigns for events webinars product launches and other promotional activations across the Americas region
- Ensure data hygiene and compliance with regional privacy regulations
- Coordinate paid media efforts with a focus on lead gen that could include content syndication display advertising paid webinars and more.
- Support light content development needs for demand generation and nurture campaigns ensuring messaging aligns with regional market preferences
- Own social media marketing amplification strategy using Hootsuite Amplify to drive broader campaign reach through employee advocacy programs
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness across all channels providing detailed performance reporting and recommendations
- Implement A/B testing strategies for email campaigns landing pages and automation workflows to continuously improve conversion rates
Technical Expertise:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms with strong preference for(Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Journey Builder Email Studio Automation Studio); Pardot Marketo or similar)
- Proficiency with CRM systems preferably Salesforce
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and dashboard creation
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices deliverability optimization and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with data extensions segmentation logic and SQL queries for audience building a plus
Demand Generation Experience:
- Experience planning executing and optimizing integrated demand generation campaigns
- Experience with media buying vendor management and partnership development with regional outlets
- Understanding of digital advertising and paid media strategy
Analytical & Strategic Skills:
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Experience with performance tracking attribution modeling and ROI analysis across multiple marketing channels
- Experience in campaign optimization and conversion rate improvement methodologies
Project Management & Collaboration:
- Experienced in managing multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously
- Project management experience with ability to work efficiently prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage budgets effectively
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams build relationships and influence stakeholders
Additional Experience:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business or relevant field of study
- A team player with an intrinsic motive to help colleagues and go the extra mile to deliver on commitments
- Experience with planning execution evaluation and optimization of events digitally and physically
- Data and digital mindset and interest
- Detailed understanding of the sales organizations needs
- Experience in IT/Software and a partner business model preferred
- Experienced working across cultures and geographies

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70000 to $90000 range. Pay is based on experience qualifications and location and is just one component of Milestones total compensation we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits FSA or HSA 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match paid parental leave generous PTO (20 days vacation 10 dayspaid sick timeand 12 companyholidays) fully paid Short Term disability policy fully paid Long Term disability policy and Life Insurance.
