• 2 years of spa wellness or sales experience REQUIRED
• Strong sales mindset with confidence discussing memberships and upgrades
• Flexible availability with the ability to work nights and both weekend days
• Reliable punctual and professional
• Able to handle high stress situation calmly and with ease
• Comfortable in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals and conversion standards
• Confidently educate guests on services promotions and memberships

• Answer phones schedule appointments and manage front desk operations
