Title: Barista Union Patisserie (Afternoon Closing Shift)
Compensation: $18/hr tips; Benefits available for full-time employees
Location: Union Patisserie; Park City Utah

Reef has partnered with a growing restaurant group led by James Beard Award Winning Chef Galen Zamarra located in the heart of Park City Utah an internationally renowned ski destination. Together we have developed two new concepts: a 100 seat brasserie and bar (Le Depot Brasserie) and a French pastry & coffee shop (Union Patisserie).
Position Summary:
The Barista will be responsible for the highest quality preparation and service of coffee-based beverages and other specialty drinks as well as the service of food items such as bread pastries salads and sandwiches.
Qualifications:
- 1 year or more of prior barista experience is desired
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Professional espresso and coffee preparation knowledge & skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast paced and high-volume environment
Physical Requirements:
- Perform various physical movements throughout the work area
- Stand and walk for extended periods both at the host stand and throughout the restaurant
- Endure changes of temperature between indoor and outdoor environments
