• Supporting customers with daily tasks

• Our service supports young people between 16 and 24. The service is Ofsted registered.

You have

• Passion to support our customers to live their best lives

• Experience of caring for others professionally or personally

• The ability to workon your own initiative stayingcalm and positive under pressure

• Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible personal approach listening to understand their needs

• A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)

The practical bits

• Rota pattern includes shifts of 07:30-15:00 and 14:30-22:00. You will work 5 shifts each week and there is some weekend working(not every weekend)

• You will be responsible for your own case load ensuring that you are supporting our young person from tenancy start to successful move on whilst developing their independent living skills.

• You will be fully based at our service. There is no element of home working.

• You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)

• A vehicle insured for business use is a preference for this role (and a license!) well pay for any business mileage
