Title: Manager II Medicaid PBM Sales Support

Location: 5800 North Hampton Blvd Norfolk VA

Hybrid This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Manager II Medicaid PBM Sales Support leads a team of Medicaid PBM account managers supporting various markets.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

• Develops processes for consistency.

• Manages sales support activities which may include one or more of the following sales support staff field service sales training and technology broker administration proposals product development or material distribution.

• Hires trains coaches counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills Capabilities and Experiences:

• Health insurance experience preferred.

• Prior PBM and Medicaid Program Experience

• Prior Leadership experience overseeing direct reports
