As the QA Manager you will be responsible for all QA requirements at our CM (Contract Manufacturer) sites. You will serve as the sole contact for quality offering coaching and support to Contract Manufacturer sites on any quality-related matters.
You will be responsible for developing implementing and monitoring quality systems procedures and standards for on-going product and initiative delivery for personal health care. You will also ensure compliance with global quality standards and continuous improvement of quality systems.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement Clean Design and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
principles for personal healthcare products in collaboration with external suppliers.Utilize Data Analytics to identify quality trends drive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
Ensure Data Integrity across all quality documentation and systems particularly within I-Quality Systems.
Oversee and execute Design Validations for new and modified personal healthcare products and processes.
Lead and manage Investigations into product quality issues non-conformances and customer complaints.
Manage Product & Material Disposition processes including release quarantine and rejection of materials and finished goods.
Establish and maintain robust Product Traceability & Retrieval systems to support product safety and recall readiness.
Implement and maintain P&Gs Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the external supply network ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
Proactively identify and address potential Quality System Failures implementing preventative measures.
Manage Tech Standards CRAD (Create-Review-Approve-Distribute) processes for external supply.
Job Qualifications
Required
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a manufacturing or external supply environment.
Strong understanding and application of Clean Design principles.
Expertise in Data Analytics and Data Integrity
Demonstrated experience in Design Validations and Investigations.
Proficiency in I-Quality Systems and other relevant quality platforms.
Solid understanding of Product & Material Disposition processes.
Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Experience with Tech Standards CRAD processes.
