Ford of Bloomington is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Lot Attendant to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the appearance and organization of dealership inventory while supporting the sales and service departments with day-to-day operations.

Schedule

Tuesday Saturday

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain new and used vehicle inventory on the lot

• Keep vehicle displays clean properly parked and customer-ready

• Assist with moving and transporting vehicles as needed

• Wash and fuel vehicles when necessary

• Ensure the lot remains clean safe and organized

• Install license plates and assist with vehicle deliveries

• Support the sales and service departments with various tasks throughout the day

• Perform general lot maintenance and dealership support duties

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus

• Dependable with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
