Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently communicate effectively with team members and clients and maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment
- Answer and direct phone calls emails and other correspondence promptly and professionally
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update filing systems both electronic and paper-based
- Order and track office supplies to ensure inventory levels are adequate
- Assist with preparation of reports presentations and other documents as needed
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail
