Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $29.04 $39.60 (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:
  • $4.25/hour for night shifts
  • No weekend differential
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • $10000 (Day Shift)
  • $15000 (Night Shift)
• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) to join a patient-centered care team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe effective and positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition upon admission and throughout each shift
• Monitor document and report changes in patient status
• Administer medications and evaluate patient responses
• Perform ordered treatments and clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Respond promptly to patient needs ensuring comfort and safety
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
• Advocate for patients and support a positive care experience

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (acute care experience not mandatory)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
