Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift 6:30 AM 2:30 PM
Schedule: 37.5 Hours/Week (Guaranteed)
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN / LVN to join a Long-Term Care team in Utica NY. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population within a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in a long-term care setting
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Support care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Float between units within the same facility as required
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records
Qualifications
- Active New York LPN/LVN License
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred
- Ability to adapt and float between units
