Job Summary
Join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests inSomerville MA.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality standards
- Manage room assignments supplies and inventories
- Address guest concerns and ensure safety and sanitation compliance
- Coordinate with other departments and assist with cleaning as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping and supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
- Familiarity with housekeeping systems and basic computer skills
